Scripture: “Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!” — Psalm 34:8 (NKJV)

Many believers try to rebuke demons while still doubting God’s love. That is like trying to use a sword while your own armor is broken. The man who has tasted the Lord is a dangerous man in the spirit. He is anchored. He does not run when attacked. He stands still and sees the salvation of the Lord.

Victory in warfare is not first about defeating the devil, but about knowing the Lord. The more you know His nature, the less you fall for the traps of the enemy.

Child of God, when the battle is fierce and the enemy surrounds you on every side, you must not forget this: you have tasted something greater than fear, greater than oppression, greater than demonic resistance… you have tasted the goodness of the Lord!

When the enemy throws his worst, you must throw your trust!

When the battle gets hotter, your praise must get louder!

Because the man who has tasted the Lord does not panic, he prophesies in the fire!

Hell fears a believer who has history with God. You may not have much, but if you’ve tasted God’s mercy, if you’ve seen His hand in battles that were meant to destroy you but you are still standing; then you are dangerous!
